This Scholarship was created in memory of Chad E. Steller, son of Gary Steller. Gary is honored to have served Dearborn Public Schools constructing and renovating educational facilities for nearly 30 years. Chad’s passion for the construction industry and particularly for educational construction was inspired by his visits in his youth to Dearborn Public Schools construction sites. This includes William Ford Elementary School, Iris Becker Elementary School and others. Chad began his construction career as part of the team during construction of McCollough – Unis building. Through this scholarship fund, Chad’s family hopes to assist a Dearborn student who has a passion for construction as a career.
