We provide a universal form for all scholarships available. You can find all of our scholarships on this form. Please fill out the form completely and make sure you meet all requirements.
Scholarship Details
This scholarship is based on financial need.
Scholarship Amount: 2 – $1,000 scholarships for a total of $2,000.00
Application Criteria:
- Teacher letter or recommendation
- List of Community Service that you have been involved in
- Letter of Acceptance to a College/University
- Essay: 500 words on “Write about a time when you experienced adversity and how you responded?”
